I used to work at Borders Books. Interestingly, Borders has a Facebook page and a twitter page. Great idea, however.

Hi Shama!
Great video!
I know that what makes me indispensible is that, not only have I been 50 lbs overweight and kept it off for 22 years, solely by using spiritual principles and addressing emotional eating issues, but I have had the unique experience of evaluating, educating and working with thousands of emotional eaters. In so doing, I have identified key common personality qualities that emotional eaters have that not only contribute to their food foibles, but also reveal the secret to their weight loss success.
