Hey guys, welcome to Shama.TV. I’m reviewing a book again. The book is called Super Coach: 10 Secrets to Transform Anyone’s Life by Michael Neill. Now if I had heard that title somewhere else and I saw that I’d be like “oh, just another one of those books,” but I can tell you something, I am a huge fan of Michael Neill. When I had my coaching practice I used to follow his work, I really looked up to him for a long time. He is one of the finest mentors and coaches out there. He is a coach to some huge celebs, he is based out of the UK, and I got his book and I absolutely love it. This book is such a good self-help book, and it falls in two categories. So there’s one, you pick it up and you’re feeling low, and whatever you read it just gives you a whole new perspective on what you’re going through, and I love it for that. But from another perspective, I think for anyone who does a lot of coaching this is an excellent book because it helps you be a better coach. So from two avenues, I love this book. One is just to read it for yourself, Michael takes the most simple things and explains them so eloquently that you’re sitting there going “Oh!” That’s what this book is about the “Oh!” And the other thing is just, when you are coaching, if you do any sort of training, coaching speaking, this is an excellent book because there are a lot of examples in here, there are a lot of analogies, and I think after reading this it really made me a better coach to my clients. So I really highly recommend this book. Once again, it’s called Super Coach by Michael Neill.
