Hi folks – just thought I’d pop in here and say ‘Thanks’ to Shama for her great review of ‘Predictable Success’.

Doug and Matt – glad you’ve got good stuff from the Predictable Success podcast series – if you have ideas about other folks you’d like to hear me interview, do pop over to my site and leave me your thoughts (or post them here – I’m sure Shama won’t mind .

Java Boi’fresh, ‘Predictable Success’ is about how to grow your organization (company, division, department, group or team), rather than ‘personal’ success (as in Jack Canfield’s excellent book which you mention), and yes, Part 2 of the book is specifically about the steps you can take to get to Predictable Success and stay there.

Shama, thank you for the recommendation. I’ve found a number of good books recently via recommendations.

Chris Brogan recommended your book. Two thumbs up. I am on my second read, at a slower pace, so I can stop and apply your strategies. This time I’m starting in the middle of the book with LinkedIn since I haven’t updated this lately.

As for why I might be in the running for your copy of Predictable Success, I am currently transitioning from social media oriented books to business success oriented books. How’s that for timing.

If I could make a recommendation, I am currently listening to Tony Hsieh read this book Delivering Happiness on my daily commute. I’m about half way in, and this is very good. The value is added because he is reading his book as opposed to a voice talent. His Zappos family also read their parts in his book.

Sounds like a great read Shama! With that being said I would like to know the following:

a) How does this book differentiate itself from any other entrepreneurial driven book designating success in the title i.e. Principles of Success by Jack Canfield, or “Guidelines for Online Success, or “The Law of Success”.

b) Does this book have Take home value? Meaning am I going to be able to implement its teachings and strategize asap?

Thanks for your videos Shama I really look forward to utilizing your lessons prior to launch. I am currently reading “Facebook Marketing an Hour a Day” Because I couldn’t find your book @ Barnes but I do plan on purchasing a copy online once I finish reading my current Social Media Title.
