Completely agree with showing your personality/being authentic. B2B doesn’t have to stand for Boring to Boring. Businesses are made up of people, and people like doing business with people they like.
Yes, you need to balance personality with professionalism, but if you’re funny, be funny; if you’re helpful, be helpful; if you’re irreverent…well, you get the idea.
Being yourself will attract the type of clients you want to do business with.
